Office 2010

Is there a forum for how to use OneNote? For some reason I can't find it on MS forums. So - If no one is interested in this subject, could they possibly point me to a forum that is? Interested? Wasting a lot of time - thinking it could be useful. Not a technical problem - just confusion over how the software works. Thanx.
