Horrible Customer SErvice!

I paid the renewal fee. Received an invoice through e-mail. However, no license number has been e-mailed! It's been more than 5 days and I've been trying to contact with customer service but it's IMPOSSIBLE to reach them! I've sent 3 e-mails through their website. NO REPLY SO FAR. I've been trying to chat with a customer service rep, but they are NEVER available! CANNOT BELIEVE THIS! I need refund but don't know where to start. My husband has been making fun of me for PAYING for this service. I SHOULD HAVE NEVER PAID. PEOPLE NEVER PAY FOR THIS COMPANY. They will rip you off with no customer service!!!!
