keyboard shortcut

I have Windows 7 on my computer. Generally in order to shut down the computer you have to click Start and "shut down". Does anyone know of a KEYBOARD shortcut (i.e., where you would press a combination of keys) for shutting down the computer? Thank you very much. user470
